Currently, i'm thinking of a fanfic about why the Chaos Effect dinosaurs even exist. The basic summary is BioSyn won InGen in a private auction, including right's to Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna, all their technology, document's, you name it. And then, the government gave them a job to create dinosaurs to help them in the battle with Afghanistan.
