The Mountain Ranges are the largest part's of Isla Negmus. Usually the small dinosaurs, like Compstegnathus and small Pachysaurolophus, but large carnivores like Thrasher Tyrannosaurus and sometimes even Ultimasaurus can ram into the Mountains and make caves for themselves.

Solitare snorted as he reached his summer home, the tallest mountain on the island. He had made a pathway to his cave just for himself to get there, it took him nearlt 5 weeks, and some broken bones in the process. He roared, as he reached the top. He could see all over the entire island, as he watched the dinosaurs roam over the island, living their lives. He saw the Game Trail, and he watched the Therizinosaur he battled not too long ago. He snorted, and decided to pull a trick. A nearby boulder, not big enough to kill a Stegospinus, lied near him. He took his tail, and swiped it towards the Game Trail, directly at the Therizinosaur. It landed near their herd, causing a large boom as it hit the ground.
